In the late 1920’s, Wallace T. Jones opened American Business Machines in Bakersfield, CA. Wallace believed ABM was destined to succeed following the strategy of offering products of exceptional quality at a fair price with good old fashioned customer service.

Judee Jones

President

Judee started working at ABM in 1993, after successfully being a stay at home mom. She has a strong back ground in finance and customer service. Judee is still very active in the day to day operations overseeing the administrative staff and overall decisions for the company. She manages with compassion and professionalism that ultimately translates into superior customer service.

Richard Jones

Vice President

Richard has grown up at American Business Machines. Starting as an office boy at 16 years old, growing up following in his father’s footsteps. Richard was called to serve his country in the Army during Vietnam. Upon returning in 1971 he rejoined  ABM to continue on the success for another generation. Richard has continued to build on the foundation of the success his father passed onto him, of total customer satisfaction. He worked very hard to keep the business successful and strong, so he could have the chance to see third generation take the company into the future.

Ryan Jones

General Manager

Ryan has been with ABM for 20 years and going strong. He prides himself in delivering exceptional customer service with a moral and ethical foundation. He has won numerous sales awards and has been consistently in the top ten in sales, for Canon in the nation. As the family company is slowly being passed to Ryan he will continue to build on the foundation that was set before him by his grandfather and father of unmatched customer services.

Omar Nesheiwat

Strategic Account Manager - Southern Division

Omar has been with ABM family since 2004, starting as an Imaging Sales Consultant. Omar’s hard work and dedication helped him achieve a new position, District Sales Manager. Omar has 20 years of sales, marketing, and management experience that he brings to the sales team each day. Omar prides himself on out working his competition and leading by example. He is a true advocate for his clients and will do everything possible to completely satisfy the customer without sacrificing honesty and integrity.

Michael Alfheim

Strategic Account Manager - Northern Division

Michael joined the American Business Machines family in 2013.  He brings over 35 years of sales, management, and technology experience to every meeting.  Having worked for decades in the Northern District of ABM’s service area, Michael leverages years of relationships to help businesses experience ABM’s incredible customer service and product superiority.   Working hard, exceeding customers’ expectations, and serving ABM’s Fresno & Visalia based sales teams’ makes life at ABM very satisfying for customers and employees alike.

Kevin Aleman

Service Manager

Kevin Aleman began with American Business Machines in January 2014. He has over 20 years of experience that he brings with him. Kevin is in charge of over 30 technicians in each of our eight branches. He is knowledgeable and experienced in making sure that every customers service needs have been met and exceeds expectation. Kevin has a passion for customer service and has strong leadership abilities. He brings knowledge of Duplo, Formax, and all offline products and he uses that knowledge to better satisfy and surpass customer anticipations.
